MAKE YOUR OWN MONOPRINTS using the Gelli Arts Gelli Plate

Dear Wonderful Artists and Art Lovers,
I have been kindly asked by Heather Leide to offer a Gelli Arts Gelli Plate printmaking lesson.
This 3-hour lesson will be in Heather's home in Minneapolis, Minnesota on Saturday, August 30th, 2014, from 1pm-4pm.
Heather will be offering snacks and beverages.
I will be offering a fun art lesson on making your own monoprints, using a variety of materials.
I will be sharing a ton of techniques, and you will have plenty of time to play and make yourself a set of wonderful monoprints to take home.
This is a small, semi-private event (there are only 5 spots available), where you can meet some new people, learn a really easy way to experiment with printmaking, and treat yourself to an afternoon of fun.
All supplies and materials will be provided for your use. The prints you make will be yours to keep.
There will likely be some prizes and giveaways, as well, because I LOVE doing that when I teach.
In case you aren't familiar, a monoprint is a single impression of an image made on paper and pulled from a smooth surface, such as glass, or in this case, a permanent gelatin-like surface, the Gelli Arts Gelli Plate.

Class fee is $55
Your fee covers art materials and supplies, snacks and beverages, a small group learning environment, and an opportunity to try something new!
