Fun Fridays-Mixed Media Art Night

What: Gather for creative practice, connection, laughter, and fun!

Purpose: Work in mixed media journals of various sizes from small to large

How: Instruction is provided for filling a page or page spread. However, you are welcome to work on your own thing during the one hour session.

Where: Live via the Zoom application

When: Fridays, 6pm-7pm CST

Cost: $25 per person, per session

SAVE $10 when you sign up for one month at a time

Mixed Media sketchbooks (you choose spiral or sewn binding) in 2 sizes (one small; one large)
Watercolor paints (the best you can afford)
Round watercolor brushes
Stencils
Acrylic paints (2 oz. matte acrylic, as well as some Liquitex Basics heavy body)
Brushes for acrylic paint or multi-purpose/mixed media brushes i.e. Simply Simmons
Alphabet stamps
StazOn Ink pad
Markers-water-soluble i.e. Tombow Dual Brush Pens, Sharpies, Alcohol-based i.e. Copic
Stamps-rubber and/or foam
Collage papers
Glue stick
Matte medium or Mod Podge
Ballpoint pen
Pencil
Palette i.e. a paper plate for paint
Paper towels
Baby wipes or Wet Ones
Wax paper
Deli paper

A note about supplies:

The most important part is to have some journals to work in. You can use whatever mixed media supplies you already have at home. Do not feel like you need to go buy a bunch of art supplies for these Friday Fun Nights.
