Abstract Watercolor Patterns offers the following learning opportunities:

• Experience the joy of watercolor and liquid color pigments in a fun, non-judgmental, no expectations environment. All skill levels are welcome and encouraged to participate.
• Practice trusting your inner creative muse. Experiment to learn what you enjoy most!
• Get inspired to play with art supplies, such as Art Foamies stamps, Dye-Na-Flow Liquid Color, and more!
• Learn the value of having several brands of watercolor and several sets of paint available.
• Learn about papers that work well for watercolor and how to use them.
• Learn about a variety of paintbrushes and tools to use with watercolor.
• Practice techniques like dipping, skipping, wet-on-wet, and dry brushing.

In ABSTRACT WATERCOLOR PATTERNS you also get the chance to:

• Delight your senses as you observe the color flowing with water, transforming and changing into something unexpected and wonderfully surprising.
• Calm your nerves as you let go and enjoy the moment in the art making process.

I, Briana, am an abstract expressive artist who works by way of the intuitive creative process. All lessons will be demonstrated in this way via video lessons. I love playing with color, pattern, mark making and texture. How about you?
